Peptirdle is a biochemistry and proteomics puzzle game for biology aficionados. The popular Wordle game inspired Peptirdle, which requires players to estimate the sequence of amino acids (peptides) using a molecular biology one-letter code. This enjoyable, addictive instructional game helps you practice your specific knowledge.

How to play?

1. Your goal

Use one-letter amino acid symbols (A, R, N, D) to guess the peptide sequence, which is usually 5 or 6 letters long.

You have six chances to guess the right order.

2. After each guess, the system reacts with colors:

The character is at the right place.

The character is at the wrong spot, even if it's right.

The character is not included in the answer.

3. The game only uses the 20 common amino acids, which are shown by letters like G (Glycine), L (Leucine), and K (Lysine).

Characters that are not amino acids are not allowed.
