About Triplets
In the game Triplets, players try to create patterns out of the symbols on hexagonal tiles.
One, two, or three symbols in one of three colors and one of three shapes are present on each tile. Three tiles that have either all the same attributes or all distinct attributes combine to form a triplet.
The goal is to arrange the tiles into a honeycomb lattice of overlapping rings. The three tiles must be on a single ring of hexagons in order to score a triplet, and each triplet is scored by setting a marker in the ring's empty center. Each tile is a portion of three rings and can form multiple triplets, providing numerous scoring opportunities for each move. This game is won by the person who scores the most triplets.
Feature
Triplets is a mind-bending game that tests your pattern recognition and visual perception skills at the same time. This is not a difficult game, but it requires logical thinking and a bit of luck.
How to play
The game’s rules:
You have 3 minutes maximum to find as many Triplets as you can. Beyond this assigned time, the game is over!
A Triplet includes three cards. Each card has four attributes in total. Each attribute consists of three options.
4 attributes includes:
Shape: Triangle, Square, and Circle.
Color: Green, Red, and Blue.
Fill: Outline, Solid, and Shaded.
Count: 1 icon, 2 icons, and 3 icons.
For a valid triplet, each attribute must include the combination of three cards, which must either be all the same or all different.
